VIRTUOUS: Having or exhibiting virtue, morally excellent : righteous.

I believe these scriptures right here are telling us how to be a Godly woman, wife and mother.  We are to take care of our husbands and our children in a way that our children will call us blessed and our husbands will truly thank us.  We should take care of them out of love and not out of duty.
There are times when we start looking at things that we do for our families as chores, or duty.  I HAVE too, when instead we should look at as not what I HAVE to do for my family, but what I CAN do for my family out of love.

vs 27, talks about how she looks well after her household and doesn't eat the bread of idleness.  I believe that means, in a nutshell Take care of our home.  Don't be idle, but  get up and proudly take care of it because we have a home to live in and should be proud to take care of it.  I have always heard idle hands are the devil's workshop.  I dont' think the bible says that, but it's a good saying.  We should keep ourselves busy doing a work for God and taking care of our families the way He wants us too.  If our house needs cleaned, let's clean it, if we have laundry to do, let's do, if we know something/anything needs to be done, let's do it and not be idle.  And if it's one of those rare moments when the kid's are in bed, the house is clean, laundry is done and nothing else needs to be done, Praise God in that moment because it will start all over again tomorrow.....lol.  When it's just you and your husband, take the oppurtuinty to let him know you love him and appreciate him.  Tell him how proud you are of him.  He needs to know those things even if he acts like he don't.  Even when he doesn't do something the exact way we want it done.  Same thing with our children.  They need to hear us tell them we love them, that we're proud of them even if their at that age where they act like we're just the dumbest thing ever, and we don't know anything and it's so uncool to be seen with us, they secretly still want to hear it.  Something's I have learned is if your child wants to "help" you wash dishes let them, or if they want to "help" with anything, enjoy it when they actually want to help...lol.  Sarah likes to get the clothes out of the dryer for me, and help me do dishes....

I also want to look at vs 30.  Favor is decietful, and beauty is vain; but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
Ok ladies, there is absolutly nothing wrong with wanting to look your best for your husband, you should, or looking your best for church or an outing, God expects us to look our best, but we shouldn't stress out if we're not as pretty as the next woman, or if we're having a bad hair day (that's why pony tails were invented...lol) or we don't have the latest fashion ( what's wrong with GW fashions, Good Will Stores...lol)
Beauty is vain.  No you don't have to walk around bare faced if you have to have your make up, personally two things i have to have is eye liner and mascara....they are must for me, but don't put looking good above God.  He tells us a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.  People may take notice of your looks, but it's that love of Jesus you have radiating out of you that's going to make them say...wow, I want what she has.  It's that smile you have even when you're at your worse and your day is horrible or you are going through a trial, that is going to make people notice what really counts.  Beauty will fade away, but the Love of God never fades away.  I read a saying one time that said " I want to smile more and laugh more while I'm young so that when I'm older, my wrinkles will be in the right places.".....lol
I want people to notice me because of who and what I have inside of me.  I want the love of Jesus to shine forth from me so that people see Jesus!

We all get bogged down with household chores, running here and there for our kids, doing this and that for our husbands, working on a job, that sometimes we forget that we are a WOMAN created by GOD!!   We forget that before we were a wife, or a mother, or a co worker, that we were GOD'S DAUGHTER!  Are we still God's daughter?  Even though He has blessed us with a family, and a job, are we still putting Him first?  Are we taking time out with Him to make sure we are being the woman, wife, mother that He wants us to be?!

The heart of a woman is filled with so many things....what's in your heart?  Being a woman is about more than houshold chores and our husbands and kid's.  We are WOMEN created by GOD THE FATHER because God seen fit to create us.  God knew that man would need a helpmeet.  We were not created to walk ahead of men, behind men, and we were not created to be walked on, we were created to walk beside our man. But ladies let me share something with you.....God loves and cares for us in  way our husbands never can.  I love my husband with all my heart and I thank God for him and I am thankful for the spiritual leader he is, but God is my ultimate soul mate.  For those of you who are not married or who are single,or even widowed if you are looking for someone,  God has someone out there for you, even someone new, but let God be your soul mate!  Let Him love you in ways that no man can.  Let Him be your hero!  For those of you who are married but your husband is not the spiritual leader God has called him to be yet, pray and seek God and pray for your husband that he will see Jesus and accept Him as his savior...if your husband is saved, pray that God will lead him and teach him how to be that spiritual leader.

Ladies I challenge you today, to take time out and renew your relationship with God.  Get on a personal level with Him.  Let Him love you, restore you, give you a new zest for life, renew your love for your family, give you a love for doing the things that we as women have to do in our everyday lives, wether it's working, or staying at home, cleaning, laundry, dishes, helping kid's with homework, or being with them all day long everyday...all those things can become mundane....I know we all love our families, but you have to admit sometimes we get stressed to the max and reach a breaking point...if we get renewed daily with God, (Paul said I die daily)....I'm not saying you have to get saved everday, that's not what I mean...I'm saying start your day off, Lord I'm up, help me today do a work for you, give me a smile on my face, a song in my heart, and an even more loving heart.  The Bible also says His mercies are new every morning.  Let's seek God more!
The more I seek you
The more I find you
The more I find you
The more I love you
I want to sit at your feet, drink from the cup in your hands, lay back against you and breath, feel your heartbeat
This love is so deep, it's more than I can stand, I rest in your peace, it's overwhelming
